Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under specific conditions:

• Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Requirements: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake by Valentiva (wrong item sent or defective product).

• Process: Once your item is received and verified, we will arrange the shipment of the replacement product at no additional charge (in eligible cases).

Example: If you ordered a black dress and mistakenly received a blue one, we will send you the correct product without additional shipping fees.
