Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

• Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

• Refund Processing: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.

• Exclusions: Items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, or customised products cannot be returned due to hygiene and personalisation reasons.

Example: If you receive a handbag with a faulty zipper, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of delivery.
